Please note that all of our artworks are packaged, checked, and shipped to order with a significant amount of care to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. Therefore, we request that you allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

We use the fastest, safest, and most reliable shipping providers to ensure your prints arrive in the best condition quickly. Products are shipped using reputed courier and logistics providers and come to your doorstep. However, if you cannot be reached or there is nobody in on the day of delivery, you can arrange to collect it at your convenience from your local Post Office or respective courier company office.

Our prints and posters are securely packaged in sturdy envelopes or mail tubes for the best protection. Framed artworks are also carefully bubble-wrapped and stacked in extra cardboard (if needed) – so you can rest assured that they will arrive in the best condition.

During checkout, we ask for personal details to ensure your delivery can be made as efficiently as possible. Your email and phone number are essential for us to send your order confirmation and keep you updated with details about your order. Please ensure that your billing details are exactly as they appear on your credit card or debit card statements to provide your bank can verify and authorize the payment. Also, note that your billing address and shipping address can be different.

We take extra care while packing your order to ensure that no damage is caused to the artwork or frame during transit. Attaching a few photographs to your email will also help us to understand the problem so we can advise on the next steps you need to take.
