This Policy is addressed to any person intending to use the Website ("User").

The Website is owned and operated by Kyle Design Ventures, which provides an efficient platform for accessing and purchasing a wide range of products such as clothing, shoes, bags, wallets, sunglasses, and other such accessories for men and women, as well as books, stationery, homewares, décor, toys, and artwork. In order to fulfil the utility of the Website, Deargraf collects only the minimum information required from you. 1.1 "Affiliates" shall mean all sister companies/entities of Deargraf, as well as its business partners and subsidiaries.

4.2 Deargraf may share information to protect the rights and property of Kyle Design Ventures, its agents, customers, and others. This includes enforcing Deargraf's agreements, policies, and terms of use.
4.3 In addition to the above, Kyle Design Ventures, its Affiliates, Service Providers, and those third parties described in Clause 4.1, may disclose your personal information to governmental agencies or third parties where there is a legal obligation to do so.
5. SECURITY PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES
5.1 Deargraf does not knowingly collect, maintain, or sell Products or Services to Users under the age of 18, nor does it knowingly use information collected on its Website from children under the age of 18. Children should seek the consent of their parents or legal guardians before providing any information about themselves, their parents/guardians, or other family members on the Website.
5.2 Deargraf shall take reasonable steps to ensure that information provided by the User is protected from misuse, loss, and unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.
5.3 Deargraf has implemented security practices and standards, and maintains a documented information security program comprising managerial, technical, operational, and physical security controls commensurate with the information assets being protected and the nature of its business.
5.4 Deargraf does not represent that the Website is free of Viruses that may be placed on it without Deargraf's knowledge; however, Deargraf shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to keep the Website free of such programs.
5.5 Where Deargraf no longer requires the User's information for any purpose for which it may be used or disclosed, or as required by law, Deargraf shall take reasonable steps to destroy the information or ensure that it is de-identified.
5.6 The User shall have the right to request access to, or correction of, information about the User by writing to hello@deargraf.com. Deargraf shall respond to the User's request within a reasonable period after it is made.
5.7 Users may also access and update their contact details and profile by logging into the Website.
5.8 Users may, at any time, withdraw their registration from the Website, following which the User will no longer be required to furnish Information to Deargraf.
5.9 This Privacy Policy applies only to Information collected by Deargraf through the Website. Where a User provides information to any third party through a link or social media plugin on the Website, the User shall be bound by that third party's terms and privacy policy. Deargraf shall not be liable for the safety, control, or use of information provided to any such third party.

Deargraf's Grievance Officer shall revert to the User within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of the grievance.

7.1 All credit/debit card details and other personally identifiable payment information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
7.2 www.deargraf.com will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.
7.3 www.deargraf.com takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security, including through various hardware and software safeguards. However, Deargraf cannot guarantee the security of any information disclosed online.
8. MODIFICATION OF POLICY
Deargraf may amend this Privacy Policy in line with Kyle Design Ventures' business requirements. Where such a modification takes place, it shall be reflected on the Website by way of a notification, and communicated to the User's registered email address.
By registering for and/or using the Website in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing it, the User confirms that they have carefully read and understood all terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions, and have consented to the same.
